Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address. 

We offer free standard shipping for customers who subscribe to our email/phone list!

International Shipping:

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We are working on expanding to international destinations in the future.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Returns and Refunds

Return Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Return Process:

Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Ship the Item: Securely pack the item inside the package. Ship to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the incorrect item received.
